These terms govern your participation in the internship program conducted by QuantumSec Labs. By enrolling, you agree to the following conditions:
Internships are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Interns are expected to complete their tasks within the specified duration.
All internship programs are fee-based. The cost is determined by the selected internship period and must be paid upfront before the commencement of the program.
Once the internship program has commenced, all fees are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or inability to complete the internship.
Interns are expected to follow the task schedules, complete assignments on time, and adhere to the guidelines provided by QuantumSec Labs. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the termination of the internship without any refund or compensation.
Participation in the internship program does not constitute an employment relationship. Interns will not receive a salary, wages, or any employee benefits during or after the program. The internship is for educational purposes only.
Upon successful completion of the internship, including the satisfactory fulfillment of all tasks and responsibilities, interns will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
All interns must comply with the rules and regulations of QuantumSec Labs. Any violation of these policies may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
QuantumSec Labs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Interns will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
QuantumSec Labs and its affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the internship program. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the program.
All materials, content, and information provided during the internship are the intellectual property of QuantumSec Labs. Interns are prohibited from using, distributing, or replicating any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuantumSec Labs operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumSec Labs, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your breach of these terms and your participation in the internship program.
Any disputes or claims related to these terms or your participation in the internship program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction of QuantumSec Labs. You waive your right to file a lawsuit in court, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and QuantumSec Labs regarding the internship program. Any previous agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these terms.
